Week 4: Eraserhead (1977)

  • Teviot Study 13 Bristo Place Edinburgh, Scotland, EH8 9AJ United Kingdom (map)

David Lynch’s first feature film, described by him as ‘a dream of dark and troubling things’, follows Henry as he navigates the anxieties of fatherhood in an industrial post-apocalypse.

Reportedly one of Stanley Kubrick’s favourite films, so much so that it served as an influence on The Shining (Kubrick used it to put his cast & crew in the right headspace).

Tickets are £3 at the door or free if you’re a member! You’re welcome to pay by cash or by card.
